Welcome to Sonic Nutrition

So here is the first post and it is not music but that will change and soon. To the worries don't worry a full blown website is still coming. I just got tried of waiting for it to happen and people like myself and other slacking so here is something in the mean time. So you are probably wonder what Sonic Nutrition is all about. Well the simple answer is Music. I love it, I breath it, I sleep it, it gets me through almost everyday, and days without it for me don't exist. Now I know what your thing everyone has a music blog why look at yours. Well hopefully you will like what I bring to the table to this whole music blog thing. I have a very wide array of music taste. I will provide new music, things you heard and loved from back in the day, review albums and mixtapes from artist you will love and some you will hate and other you will ask why did I even bother to post. Also I don't want to be a one way tool if you have something profound to say or something magical or just worth listening to please email it right away and you never know it could end up as my next post. I will also have guess reviewers and artist profiles with music samples to be download and interview where you can see some of these new artist's process in making great music or at least we hope that is what it is.
